Jakarta - Indonesian National Police (INP) confirmed that the attorney RJ Lino, Friedrich Yunadi have reported the House of Representatives Commission III member of the PDIP to the Criminal Investigation Police. Currently, police are still studying the report.
"Yes
there are reports that, studied first. The process is the not directly
to the investigator, SPK first, see if it makes Tipidum or Eksus (DIT
Tipideksus)," said head Penum Brig Agus Rianto at Headquarters Trunojoyo
Road, Kebayoran Baru, Wednesday (30/09/2015).
Meanwhile, Deputy Director General Crime Criminal Investigation Police
Commissioner Dharma Pongrekum said the report file has not been entered
into the ranks of his directorate.
"Yeah right who report their attorneys. But it has not entered into
directorates (Tipidum) is still under (SPK Criminal Investigation)"
Dharma said, when asked separately.
Earlier, Managing Director of IPC, RJ Lino Masiston Pasaribu report to Police Headquarters. Through his lawyer Friedrich Yunadi, Lino report PDIP politicians on charges of defamation. Lino feel defiled related allegations of bribing the minister, as he had done Masinton.
"The case Masinton Pasaribu so here he is member of the board everyone
a citizen or a citizen of Indonesia has the right to report to law
enforcement, I do not blame anyone but the report is not true that
resulted in defamation," said Friedrich.
Friedrich explained that his client's actions Masinton reported to the
Commission on charges of giving gratification to the minister Rini
Soemarno it has met the elements of a violation of article 220 of the
Criminal Code, 310, 311 Criminal Code and Article 27 in conjunction with
Article 45 paragraph 1 No. 8 of 2011 concerning ITE article.
Masinton Pasaribu RJ Lino previously reported to the Commission for the actions of gratuity. Masinton own reporting based on documentary evidence photocopy Pelindo procurement. He claimed the document was obtained by the public of the report ..
